Award winning artist and founder of Art Professionals of Texas (APT), Cassandra Fink, will be bringing her celestial "Sweet Potato Moon" to the Friends of Lottie Sculpture Garden this year during the State Fair of Texas. The garden runs from the Museum Fountain by the Old Mill Inn past the lagoon all the way to the Butterfly House.
